And, the fenders are completely modular so if you happen to damage something parts can be changed out. In fact, the fenders are so beefy that they have Hi-Lift Jack points integrated. The fenders are constructed with the same bar work as its rock sliders. It has a nice departure angle in the rear, and the camper has trail armor. And this is all mounted to a stout 2”x3”x.120” box frame. This is the biggest trailer I’ve seen in-person that utilizes Timbren’s 3500 HD axle-less suspension which you see on many of the most serious off road trailers. The lower compartment houses a large, slide-out Dometic fridge/freezer. 2 large storage lockers sit in the front near the trailer tongue.
The main storage capacity of Overkill Camper’s 5×10 is within a cool slide-out Zarges storage case system accessible via the rear hatch. There’s multiple USB ports and an optional Propex propane cabin heater with a digital thermostat. There’s some nice drawers and cabinets…you can really see the quality of craftsmanship here with all the soft aluminum finish trim.Īmple interior recessed LED lighting is dimmable and has a remote control.

While the full size bed accommodates 2 adults, there‘s an option to add the 80/20 slim rack system on the roof, and the 5×10 Overkill camper on display had an Alu-Cab roof top tent mounted, so this could comfortably accommodate sleeping 2 additional adults. This creates an interior environment that’s fully suitable and comfortable for 4 adults. There’s a nice bench on the other side for 2 others to sit cozy as well. The edge of the bed acts as a bench for 2 to sit comfortably at a large Lagun table. For starters, what slides out is a full size bed that’s 6’6” long and 4’3” wide. I was very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship on Overkill Camper’s TK47 squaredrop we also reviewed, but with the slide out it’s a whole other level.
